Do you offer customization options?
I do have custom and personalization options for your convenience! 😊 However please note that custom orders are subject to availability of product. Personalized orders are only for listings that specify personalization options such as name or message on candle and message on matchbox (upon availability of blank matchboxes). Custom and personalized orders may take up to 5 days to complete and an additional 2-3 days to arrive to your destination.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of these products and them being made to order, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
I do offer free domestic shipping with purchases of $50 +, however please make sure you enter the correct ship to address. I will not be able to provide additional free shipping if your order is returned to me by USPS. If you notice that you have made a mistake on your shipping address before it is shipped, please message me ASAP so i can correct it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is available!! Please make sure you select the gift wrapping option if you'd like your gift wrapped! You may also message me with preference in wrapping paper -- You have the option of printed paper (floral or simple print) or colored Crepe wrapping paper (Available in Boysenberry, Dark Pink, & Lavender). Zodiac Boxes are wrapped with silver star wrapping paper and Birthday boxes are wrapped in black and white Happy Birthday Wrapping paper unless specified differently. You may also pick ribbon color, i have almost every color but please send me 2-3 options in case i am sold out of your preferred color option.
How do I enter your Giveaways?
I do giveaways every so often when i have new product or when i collab with a new vendor / small shop. If you would like to enter a giveaway simply follow me on social media and you can see instructions there when i have one. If you are a vendor / small shop that would like to collab, please message me on instagram or shoot me a message here in the contact section.
Do you offer wholesale?
I offer wholesale for candles and all of my handmade product with exception of soaps. I also do offer bulk gift boxes for all your special occasions. All wholesale and bulk orders take a minimum of 4 weeks to make. If you'd like pricing on these please message me in the contact section.
